Sorry. Don't believe the name names conundrum. A well placed leak to a reporter or someone judgement proof would solve the legal concerns (although I'm behind her 110%).

None of that "market acceptable" baloney when they're recutting bands, rebuilding heads, adding an S to a VDB, or a D to a '14. Beyond that, though, the "campaign" is still in serious trouble, IMHO...
You should give smoeone here either editing or proofreading rights to these articles BEFORE you post them to your website. I don't believe that a few hours delay in getting them up will mean the end of the world.
