Meet my new girlfriend - horrible pictures added

I dont have her in hand yet but I cannot wait to meet her in person!

I have added the ones that I just scanned - as much as I hate to admit it, the Heritage pictures are a decent representation of what she is like in hand. I have still not been able to perfect my photography of coins so those turned out not so hot. I guess I need to take a class or something... image

    Nice! We keep debating whether or not to add one as a "Kickoff" to our set but haven't pulled the trigger on one yet.

    That is a tough type and I think the rendition of Ms. Liberty was much more strong and graceful than later renditions. This design holds up quite well even in lower grades, too.

    Yep she certainly has seen a lot. This is my dream coin - I too think that this design stands the test of time. I know of all the coins I own this is one that will never be sold.

    I will post better pics when I get her probably next week or end of this week.

    Thanks everyone! As "pmac" may have been alluding to - yes this was a recent win at Heritage. She is a beauty in my eyes, and at this point I am just salivating in my wait to get her home.

    According to the description it has been repaired in the obverse fields but from the pics I certainly cannot detect anything. Either way repair or not I love the look of her!
