Yes, PCGS is attributing these as Bugs Bunny. Here's a pic of a 64FBL that I used to own, here's one that was on Ebay recently too.

Mine is certainly the same as the PCGS attributed coin... I agree the clash is in a different location than the traditional Bugs Bunny clash but it is a strong clash.

by PCGS Standards , it qualifies as a B.Bunny ; but it may be a trifle weak to get their designation .

It's a die clash which qualifies it for the designation.

I did NOT know of this variety, so I went through a pile of Mint Sets and sure enough, I found one.

This is a little hard to see in this pic.

It's really hard to see until I blow up the nose area.

You should definitely send it in for attribution. This date carries a nice premium.
