Do uncirculated AGE's and ASE's sold individually from the mint draw any premium?

I just took in a collection that includes the following:

18 1992-1997 Unc American Silver Eagles
1 1986-1991 Unc American Silver Eagle set
4 1992-1995 Unc American Silver Eagle and $10 AGE two-coin sets
6 1992-1995 Unc American Gold Eagle $5

All of these are in mint issued boxes with COA's, etc. I can't seem to find many sales records for these types of products. Do these draw any premiums to their bulk counterparts (i.e. 1988 ASE from a roll). Can these be included in IRA's like the proof coins?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Jeff

    Like to see the COA.

I don't belive the mint sold these to individuals as single coins

    Segoja,

Here is a quick (although not very good) scan of the cover of three different boxes and the COA's. Let me know if you need to see it differently.

These are in mint-looking boxes with velvet cases with embossed gold eagles.

Aftermarket boxes and COAs, marketing tool, no premium. Only advantage with them is that hopefully fresh coins were placed in the capsules right from the mint tubes. This means a better chance of an MS70 coin when buying them on the secondary market.

Only uncircs available directly from the mint were the 2006-2008 W mintmark burnished eagles in both flavors. They haven't ruled out future issues of them, just didn't release any in 2009 and none yet for 2010. There is a higher premium for the 2006-2008 Unc. W Eagles. Mint promo refers to them as "collector coins."

    lincoln,

That might just explain it. These are from a co-worker that swears that he bought them from the mint. He also has many mint-issued sets that I recognized. However, he used to own a bank. Probably got them that way. Thanks!

Privately issued for sure....Boxes issued by the Mint...do have the "United States Mint" embossed on them. I also believe the same holds true for the COA.
