They would grade much lower in my book.
I like them just the way they are.

IMO, of the three, only the 52-C QE has the "meat" to be considered for the higher grade, if it had a little help.
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

I like them all and to a point it almost represents a problem with the hobby
The 1842-D is worthy of a 50 and should be in a 50 because of its look-
Coins like this allow collectors like me to say that CAC is just not a susbstitute for an original surfaces designation
