I think I found a 1939-P Jefferson PR DDR.

Definitely a DDR, not sure if it's a new variety or not. CONECA would probably be a good place to start.

Definitely a DDR! As commoncents said, CONECA would be the place to identify this one.

Looks like a DDR, it might be DDR-006 or a new one.

Look for the DDR-006 markers and wavy looking steps.

Good point about the steps. DDR-006 is the only proof DDR listed for 1939 so if this is RDV-002 then we know it's not die 6.
