    Clueless undergraders are some of my favorite ebay sellers. A lot of them assumed toned coins are "circulated", and will describe an MS toned coins as "XF".

    I don't understand the problem.
    That coin is labeled XF and I think the coin IS "extra fine!" image
    Now, I would grade it differently, but it certainly is an extra-fine coin...... image

    I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

    Based on that 21-D, if you want to buy pretty coins which will get into 'geniune' holders, he's your man. Looks like he net graded the coin because of the 'help' it received.

    I was reviewing a collection assembled in the 60s with a 1901 dollar in it. The manilla envelope in which is was stored said AU. I pulled it out and it was clearly a pleasing BU, with full luster and not a trace of wear (not an AU62, but a real BU). PCGS called is MS62.
