Newp of my friend, GTG- Grade posted in first post
My friend picked this coin up a couple of weeks ago and ask me to shoot it and gather some opinions of it. I am not a good photographer, so bear with me here.
Thanks for all the comments and opinions.

The above is funny............AU 50.
Wish I had it!

Grade wise if not NET Graded it looks to be higher then AU53, somewhere between a very choice AU55 or even AU58.
My guess is between an AU50--55----depending on what the surfaces look like in hand. From what I can tell from the pictures, I'm leaning towards the Au53--55. Bob [supertooth]
All that said, Nice coin!!

They have been cropped away in photo editing.
Bummer. I thought it was on a quarter planchet.

<< <i>I don't see much wear on the coin at all, and it looks to have excellent luster, so I'll go with AU55 as my grade guess. Frankly, I don't understand the low AU and high XF grade guesses in this thread. >>
I shot a low ball grade because I did not feel the image provided, did not send a true depiction of the actual coin. In essence, I was grading the image...sorry if I disappointed you.

I'm a bit confused. I thought from the "GTG" portion of the thread title, that the coin had recently been submitted for grading. But it is apparently in an older, green label holder.

Would you have guessed differently?
