1870/1870 DDO 3 Cent FS-101-Brighter Picture

I found this in a jar of mostly foreign coins.
You may not see everything but there is ALOT of doubling on the lettering all around the rim.
There is very clearly 2 1870 dates.
The details are pretty nice and the fine stripes on the 3 reverse columns are very solid too.
NGC POP=2
Anyone know the PCGS POP?

And....I wonder what it costs to have it conserved?

I don't see the doubling either, but wonder if you could conserve it in olive oil like copper? I don't know so don't do it, as I am not familiar with the 3 cent nickels and how they react to olive oil.
If I say something in the woods, and my wife isn't around. Am I still wrong?

besides the date, another PUP is "minor doubling on "UNITED"

Looks like Longacre doubling to me, not the DDO.
