Just ordered this 1851 LC on approval, and OOOOH!!

Seller says (among other things):
<< <i>Fully struck, mark free, even deep chocolate color with slight blue highlights and full luster. The color of the reverse looks more like the obverse photo. >>
I know the photo is small, but care to GTG?

Gorgeous!

Edited to add - I don't find it to be fully struck though, as some of the stars are missing their details.

IMO, it is much better than "pretty good" for this date. I'd say 1 out of 20 of the date will be better struck than this coin.
All that said, I'll wager what really sets this coin apart is the luster and lack of marks -- the strike IMO doesn't much factor into the grade for this series (unless it is very high grade and very poorly struck, only half of which applies to the OP's coin).
Respectfully...Mike
I want to say ms 66. Great eye appeal, and luster to boot!
