Opening a Morgan roll.....first 5 coins....
all have this missing detail on eagle's right (your left) wing. Interesting and makes me believe that this
was an original roll from a bag back in Mom's casino in the early 60's. Hasn't see light of day for 50 years.
Would this be enough of a problem to attribute as a new VAM? It's an 1882-O roll and last coin has some
green end roll toning.

There are 3 - '82 o/s, 9 of the '82 o/o and 5 of these and 3 regulars?
The over polished wings don't seem to have other VAM characteristics except that
they are all closed 2's.

The fact that they don't have the other characteristics could just mean that they are an earlier die state snd the dies just had not clashed together yet.
