Cold calls from coin telemarketer

I just got a cold call from some clown selling the "new" at which point I told him I don't buy new coins and hung up. This is the first time I've been cold called, I'm on the national list not to be bothered. I think the company name was "Top Shelf."Anyone else being bothered?

Yes, yesterday received a call from someone saying he had a hoard of franklins from an "estate" and wanted to know if I would be interested, I told him not really, and suggested he try ebay, then hung up. I think he was from the northeast, he said the name of his company so quickly I didn't catch it.
