92-P Half, Genuine 1st try, VF25 second.
98-O Half, Genuine 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th tires, F15 fifth. It really SHOULD have graded 25-30... I never understood that one and now have given up on the coin
02-O Half, Genuine 1st try, VF25 second.
Those are 3 that come to mind.
<< <i>I don't have a picture, but I sent a 1932-S Quarter to PCGS and NGC where it bagged both times by them, then sent it to PCGS again, and it graded MS62.

Why did they bag it?

so it took the long road home..........
I'll probably be stepping on toes here, but re the 12 S, if the image is true, I have an issue with the pinkish hue (something I avoid on a business strike copper). The small cluster of tiny spots to the viewer's rt. of Lincoln often relates to dip residue on silver and nickel coinage; this sort of thing does not end well with copper.

I've also had one piece receive a "NO DECISION--REFUND" from PCGS and straight grade the second time through.

It was in an NGC MS61 Fattie; PCGS said it didn't make my min MS60, I broke it out, sent it back and it went MS63.
Now if they BB or Gen I don't send it back, I just live with it.

Of course it's hard to grade from a photo, but I though NGC graded it correctly at. 61

+1 for more pics. The politics war of coins sent in in competitors slabs getting rejected is interesting.
