Although the photographs do not allow for a full evaluation, it appears to be a very nice specimen. Cheers, RickO

Beautiful coin. Can't tell from the pics but is there any toning?

I received my first purchase from Andy just a few days ago (an 1884 Liberty nickel in PCGS AU58), and the coin was well beyond my expectations. Your Buffalo nickel looks like it is a very well struck specimen, and I am sure you are as excited as I am about mine. Andy cirtainly made a great first impression with me, and his corrospondence was friendly and reassuring. Congratulations on your new addition!

Never be in a hurry to take images of a beautiful coin. What's the point?

You cannot go wrong buying from Andy. I will buy sight-unseen just based on his recommendation. He always ships "for approval" but there's rarely any doubt. He has high standards and just won't buy anything not top notch. IHC's, wheaties, buffaloes, shield nickels, SLQ's are his specialty.

Here's one he had recently I would have loved but couldn't manage (shot from his table with an iPhone).

A fine example of the 1915 buffalo. Andy has some beauties.

Lee, that MS61 Type 1 may be the most undergraded Buffalo around, at least based on the photos. I wondered before and still whether there is something that the camera doesn't pick up that led to PCGS giving it a 61. Luster break, hairlines, I don't know....

    Two nice Buffalos.

They don't have pictures, but if you email them (buycoins@angeldees.com), they will give you an accurate description. If you then decide to order something site-unseen, you do have a 7-day return privilege as long as the coin remains in the original holder.

I have to say it's extremely annoying that they don't have pictures. I doubt they appreciate just how much business they loose by not having images available. I've heard many great things about Angel Dees, but I have never done business with dealers who do not provide pictures. I'm probably loosing out on some great coins, but since I'm certain to be only one of many collectors that feel the same way, it's definitely their loss as well.
