    That coin is overgraded several points. It looks more like an AU53 and worth less than what the final bid was.

    Have not seen that one .... looks like a fly-by-night group.... nicely done though - no doubt good enough to fool the bidders/buyer. Cheers, RickO

    At first glance it does look like an NGC slab. It's best to treat coins in these third world holders as if they were raw.

    It's not a grading company. It's a coin holder with some irrelevant writing on it.

    I've seen them and didnt think very much of them. Seemed the slab had one grade and the coin was wayyyyyyyyy under that. I passed on them and not sure if they got better at it yet. I dunno

    I have seen holders like that on Craigslist.

    There is this one dude that had a 93-S Morgan in MS67 in a self slabber holder- gotta tell you something right there!
