  Because this is on a Silver Proof Coin and is VERY RARE.
  
  Proof errors are rare, but even rarer on the Silver Proofs.

  I don't know if they are rare, like any die cracks they run in bunches!! But they are very cool!!! Now I have to find one to go with the 4 pissing minuteman proof silvers I have!!!
