Does the laws in California aid in the collecting of wild toned Dollars?

Do the "laws" (if you know what it mean) create a larger market for toned dollars out west or is it limited to a few guys I know who are into both.

    I am not aware of any scientific research linking "the laws" and coin toning. TomB could probably speak to this.

    California isn't the only state where it's legal. I believe it's currently legal in 12 other states.

    I've only visited the place a couple times. The weather was nice. Considering there are 25 million+ people, I'd think the law of averages would say that there's a support system in place for wild toned dollars.

    Other than that, I don't know what you mean, so I answer like a Nebraskan.
