Think these Franklin's will get a Plus + ?

I recently found a feller to professionally photograph some of my color Franklin's,
no enhancements, no juice , just true to life expert photo's

I've decided to opt out of the 'plus' guessing game.

My comment was for the first coin in the group, others loaded later.
And I think with a one in seven chance at the + a 65 with contact marks on the obverse device should not get the +.
Will add that my thoughs make it look like they fit the whole group IMO.
Do you buy the coin or the holder theory?
Is this '+' thing a way to build up revenue for the family? or just a way to prove to yourself that the con(coin) is all that it should be?

It's not for coins which are "solid" for the grade but for coins which are close to the next grade (technically) but just not good enough.
Why would I do it?
Simple. I have coins which are very good for the grade but which have not upgraded. I would like them recognized for their respective "quality" by the TPG vs some unknown individual simply taking "my word for it."
We all know that photographs can be manipulated to sometimes cloud a coins negative aspects and the sellers of these coins nearly always say the coin is "much better" than coins typically in that grade.
The " + " slab simply validates that conclusion by a reputable TPG. Absolutely no different than assigning a grade except this time its assigning "mid-grades" which everybody does anyway.
This particular offering has been long over due IMO and PCGS will not be the only horse in the race in a few months. I even expect the garage slabbers will start doing it simply because " + " coins are going to add value.

Lee- this is an absolute waste of money - if the seller is not happy with the item you are selling at a fair price do you think that having this slabbed as a "+" will make it even more valuable?
In my opinion- the "+" is a market ploy and will soon be inundated with junk and everyone but his mother (who said to never lie) will be selling all there old PCGS coins as potential "+" coins worth there weight in gold and so forth and so on.
This was not the big one as I had nor many imagined it to be- lasering of a coin- well if in fact it can be done to detect counter-fitting and artificial toning- would be great- but who built this program to do such?
I'll go back to the old method- look at the coin- if I like it for the price called- i may buy it, if it inflated due to the "+" symbol- it will stay on the block.
This game of keeping PCGS in the black is getting old- they really need to come up with an real innovation to and fopr the collector. not market scams..

Dimeman , twenty years ago I made up my mind to buy all the colored MS65 PCGS coins of one date that I could find ;
with the idea to corner the market on that particular date - my birth year was to common I thought ......
and the '54 seemed to have the greatest potential as the D mints were pretty expensive and I felt the S mints would prove too common .
So I hoarded the 1954-P , and bought and bought , and then I bought more !
I can say I lost a bunch of money doing that as the price basically steadily declined for the past 2 decades !
But if the price of the '54 ever shoots up ................

the Kennedy was holdered some 15 years ago
when I added the color PCGS/Grade label's @ Photobucket to the images ,it changed their contrast ........however subtle , I want them portrayed exactly as John
(Messydesk) photographed them . He did an absolutely fantastic job and would highly recommend his services .
