It took a little bit to download, but it really explained a lot about the grading and how the whole thing is going to work.

    I did. After realizing it was going to take some time to download I went about other business and later sat down and watched it. I thought they explained things pretty well. I then read some of the posts here and realized that a great many of those posting probably hadn't watched the video image

    I did, and concur...worth the time it takes to download. But by all means download first and then go...or don't know if going to PCGS's youtube page would be a faster download.
