Yes it will. The star was just on the holder because NGC thought the coin had great eye appeal. The star did not mean that the coin was PQ for the grade.
Wow, I can't wait to see an NGC holder with a star, a plus, and a green sticker! It might just end up being the worlds greatest coin. The Big One seems a little less special considering NGC is in on half of it and like everything else with major competitors, likely to have laser scanning available down the road too.
