Will submitting PCGS holders that are CAC stickered

for consideration as a plus designation be considered as a review or crossover or merely a reholder without plus consideration?

The obvious outcome of the + grade will make CAC outmoded. I'm sure that the CAC premiums will be passed onto the + grades.

Aside from developing the Secure Plus™ grading, the CAC sticker has little meaning to PCGS as many have demonstrated. In other words, an NGC 64 CAC coin is not guaranteed to cross as a PCGS 64 coin.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

People use CAC for at least a couple of different reasons. One is to get a second, independent opinion. That, many will still do, even if a coin has a plus designation. Another is to make the coin eligible for CAC bids, which many will also still want to do.

I though that most dealers did CAC for survival?
