  Looks MS to me. MS64, unless what I think is weak hair is due to rub, then it is AU58.

  If the dies were a little "tired" when this was struck, which would have impaired the luster, it's an MS-63.

  dont be fooled by teletrades shotty photo skills. I bough a $10 lib from there that i thought looked like a solid MS65 from the pictures and in hand it was epoxied...

  It's an MS 63 PCGS. I thought it looked more like a solid 64 due to the lack
  of hits which always seems to be the case for this grade.
