If those images are representative of its appearance, I don't think it will grade.
Are those slab scratches on the reverse at 5 o'clock? Is that thread on the obverse at 11 o'clock inside or outside?

I tried two or three times to get this graded and each time it came back in a BB for questionable color or altered surfaces.
