What year(s) were these issued by the mint? I'm aware of the 1999 set, any others? And if you've got a link that provided this info, please post the link. thanks.

A 1 ounce silver and 1/4 ounce gold set?
I am not familiar with that at all for any year.

I recognize that printing. A private company provided display cases and certificates of authenticity to the banking industry for banks that wanted to sell bullion. They may also have sold the bullion to the banks, but I don't know that.

These are not government issue cases.

Thanks, I assumed that was the mint's logo on the card.

I had a set like that from 2000. It was sold by local bank.

Maybe I'm going blind, but I don't see the US Mint Logo on that stuff. US Mint Logo has the "Treasury United States Mint" on it with key & scale symbol....

My bad. Not the mint logo. Must be like CaptH and GSA1 said, third party sales.
