Really frustrated with Paypal

I have approximately $50 in my Paypal balance and I am trying to transfer about $20 into my bank account. However, right below the sign that has my total balance, it says $1.95 is what I can withdraw, and when I use the "Transfer money to bank account" link, it says I cannot withdraw more than my available balance, even though I have $50 and am just trying to withdraw $20. I apologize for all my eBay and Paypal questions, but I've been googling for about 30 minutes and still haven't figured it out. Thanks in advance.

    No. All payments have been taken care of and there are no pending payments.

    Sounds to me your $50 is not yet available to withdraw. Why not just call them up and find out? Could be a deposit pending clearance.

    Give them a call. Even if eBay does own Pay Pal their customer service
    is really great.

    Theres a max limit to some accounts that they can withdraw over time TOTAL. I went through that about a year ago and they wanted more info to make sure I wasnt evading taxes or something. They wanted my soc# or ein # and a copy of my dlicense I think. Call em up and ask is the only thing I can say. they have a ton of convoluted and conflicting rules.

    Thanks everyone. I ended up calling Paypal and they said it was because eBay as my items had not been delivered yet.
