From an investment standpoint, what gold coins are the best to collect? Specific years,mint,etc. Are the silver panda or silver morgan good investment coins? Thanks!

Collect what you like that way you can't loose............
If you are looking at it purely from an investment point of view I would go with PCGS or NGC high grade key dates.
There are some wealthy people on this forum that collect, buy and sell coins. But I don't know how many of them BECAME wealthy from doing it.
I suspect a scant few...

and don't necessarily just go up in value. Just a few years ago, in the early 80's coins were
worth more than today. It was the peak and dropped significantly in just a year or two. Silver
was almost 50 dollars an ounce. Sure the Hunt brothers were trying to manipulate the market'
but just the same the price of a silver dollar was more than it is today.
Just keep it in mind.
