How do I make pics appear in the item description?
I've seen many sellers display pics in the item description instead of the area in the top, so I was curious how to do that. And I promise this will be my last eBay/PayPal question for a while. Hopefully.

Do you use eBay's TurboLister?
what you want to do is (for running item)
go to auction - hit the 'revise your item' link
scroll down to
'describe the item your selling'
you probably entered under the 'standard' tab
hit the 'HTML' tab
have another window open at your source of picture
need to get source address in html code
some sites have spot you can right click and copy
otherwise something like->
<a href=" address "<>/a>
copy and paste is the way to go as they are long
hit the preview button and see how you did

....you'll need to set up an account like photobucket to host your pics, before anything. someone will chime in with all the steps for you, before long.
Thanks but for some reason I can't upload from the item description. I click the Properties and copy the JPG format of the picture, but I sill can't do it.
For Ebay you'll have to copy and paste the HTML tag in photobucket.
You'll still have plenty of frustration but after you play with it awhile you'll get it.

And it looks the same in a listing using the direct link.

in the HTML tab it will look like you typed it but in the regular view it will show the picture.
At least it used to be like that.
