Unusual toning pattern or "Mr Roosevelt needs to shave"

Raw, relatively low cost pick up. Trying to see if I like the toning or not....I do like the colors and vibrancy, but this "pattern" leaves me gasping 
Guess the grade, if you wish. I know what I bought it at, but it isn't professionally graded.
Also, the reverse is slightly rotated (can't see it in the picture, but it is probably 15degrees or so.
Edit: Oh yeah, looks like Mrs Roosevelt popped him a good one in the eye
I will also say, if I were a grader, I would hate coins like this with that type of toning pattern. (I've got another one similiar with the toning pattern but not the same color)

I picked it up locally a few years ago, I think.
I couldn't tell if it was week on the design or AU though. Roosevelts are not something I am comfortable grading. FB or not FB, yes. Grading, no.
I still can't get over that spot right on his eye....kind of funny.
Lack of sharpness in the upper left quadrant on the reverse is where I was playing with light positioning and put it too close to getting in the image itself
