You're right. Look at the arrowheads. They are all evenly spaced. The tail shanks are not evenly spaced and other than the top arrow, the shanks don't line up with the arrowheads. Kinda reminds me of the first Morgan dollar reverses where the clutched arrows in the eagle's talons didn't line up properly, either. I wonder if the mint will fix it (like they did in 1878) and we'll end up with two reverse types???
