Post mint damage or ??

Perhaps missing clad layers on both sides? Weight is correct and acetone
did nothing. Looks like the pics, just butt ugly but perhaps an error?
Edge is copper colored only. Worth anything? Circulated in change.

    If a clad layer is missing, the weight should be too low so just weigh it to answer your question.
