Odd coloration on this 1946 D Roosie?

I got this in a big sight unseen collection.
This roosie is almost golden.
Have you seen this before.
I did get lazy and shoot this thru the 2x2, but this pic is the same as holding the coin in hand.

    Gold toning on silver is fairly common on pieces that have been dipped and not totally rinsed. Some people really like, and I suppose it's okay if it remains stable. The trouble is it can sometimes get darker.
