Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

    I would too! Nice pickup.
There is no "AT" or "NT". We only have "market acceptable" or "not market acceptable.

The Michigan Show Thanksgiving weekend. Here's a larger picture. Hard to photograph through the plastic I was told. Has great PL surfaces....MJ

Very nice "O" mint Morgan and a cool little piece of numismatic history there IMO.

Need the following OBW rolls to complete my 46-64 Roosevelt roll set:
    1947-P & D; 1948-D; 1949-P & S; 1950-D & S; and 1952-S.
Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!

Are the GSA soft packs rare? I recently saw a few 1878 CC's is the soft pack at a local flea market. He was asking a bit much.
  • That is a great looking coin. Can we all agree that the toning is natural?

Gorgeous! Question for me is: did this toning occur from sitting in a bag for years or was it on the end of a roll? Did they even have rolls back then?

  • Looks like very attractive bag toning and I certainly don't see too many soft packs with nice coins still sitting in them....congrats image

No they didn't have rolls back then...that's a bag toned Morgan for sure image

I wonder if there is any way to dip it without harming the plastic packaging? image Cheers, RickO

  • Nice strike for an O Mint, and I think that little CC mintmark makes up for the lack of toning.image
