<< Has anyone noticed wrinkling on their chromes and refractors? Many of my 25 chromes (close to 1/2) have a wrinkle from top to bottpm on the right edge, and 3 of my 4 refractors do as well. >>

Man, I'm bummed. I collect Cain big time and do like Kershaw a lot (even though he's a bum), but I'm afraid I can't swing this. Suppose I could ask for it in my stocking.

I opened three boxes and the third was my best in a long time. Every SP, insert and chrome was one I didn't have and I got within four cards of completing the base set. I'm ready to trade and will list my "availables & wants" in the next post. I've been opening boxes of Heritage since 2005 and have never hit a black chrome until now:

And that wasn't close to the best hit in the box (easily the best pull of my collecting career):

Same here, save my dough for 2010. I busted 3 boxes also. Got a basic set. Need 20 SPs.
Got 8 SP dupes to trade. Got 24 chrome and 4 refractors to trade also. 3 Clubhouse collection to trade for SPs too. Looking to trade LMK anyone?

yeah he did complain a lot, I thought heritage has amazing this year, Im not sure why he was

Hi all, it's been awhile since i've been on here but I wanted to share. I received a Black Chrome Refractor of Matt Diaz in a High Numbers blaster box from Target. The backs of the blacks are gold stamped XX/60, well the one I have has no number stamped at all. It didn't make it through the stamper period because there are no indentations where the numbers should be. Makes me wonder how many are out there with no numbers or is mine the only one? How do they know if 60 of them are out there? Are there more or less? Way to go Topps for there awsome quality control. I emailed them to see what they can tell me about this one. I gotta say that I am pretty cheezed about the high number series this year. It's not worth the money. One card shop here in Michigan is selling boxes for $86. Can we say bend over and grab your ankles?....but don't cough!

I bought some retail, did anyone notice that the checklist is (for the most part) in alphabetical order by first name (except for what appears to be late changes). Isn't that something they would do for their Bazooka line?

It seems like I have an old checklist because there were quite a few changes.

The rookies aren't together, they are just randomly inserted throughout, and you can barely read the names on the back of the SPs (if at all).

It just doesn't look like Topps took any care or concern on this product. I thought putting in two regular update cards last year was lame, but the guys at Topps must have said..."Oh.... we can make it lamer..."

Too bad...........when you take a great concept and count on someone who doesn't care to come though on it..........

I went to card show by my house here in Michigan this weekend and a few guys had boxes @ $55 and boxes from last year for $40. This stuff just seems dead in the water. I still have to have it to complete my set though. I just don't buy as much. For the amount that I do buy I feel as if I'm getting ripped off. I have been dumping the update cards on ebay for 3 to 4 buck per 100 card lot. I hate to be downer but you can probably expect the same crap for high number next year. As far as Topps not putting much care into this set. Just look at the Black Refractor with no numbers on the back that I have and an auction earlier this month that had a chrome refractor that was supossed to be numbered /560 but was numbered /1960. Who the hell is runnin the show over there????
