Buyer from outside the USA with unconfirmed address

So I had someone buy a coin from me last week. After their purchase I realized they lived in china. I contacted the buyer and let them know that I was sorry but I do not ship outside the country to an unconfirmed address. I cancled the transaction and moved on. This week the same buyer bought a pcgs-cac- carson city morgan. I contacted the seller again and let them know I do not ship outside the country to an unconfirmed address. Here was the response I got from the buyer.
"Hi!
My shipping address is real,
I love you this coin,
Please give me a ship please?
Thanks!
Luo"
I am not going to ship the coin and I will cancle this transaction just like the last one but I was wondering, is there anyone here that would ship the coin? Oh and another thing all their feedback is private.

Before long the counterfeiters will join here for pointers.
Would I ship? If it was payment mailed to me in US funds (no funny money orders, no paypal, etc) and included any and all shipping fees/tariffs (if there are any).
Was the price realized what you expected? Was it low?
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

This reminded of something my wife once said.

The coin was a buy it now. I would have no issues shipping regardless of where but I have parameters that need to be met, one is that it be a confirmed address, another is the ability to see feedback.
<< <i><<Hell no, more than likely hes buying it so he can counterfeit it. >>

There are probably easier/more convenient/less conspicuous ways to obtain coins for counterfeiting purposes. I don't know how you guys can read the mind of a buyer like that.
No Way Out: Stimulus and Money Printing Are the Only Path Left
It appears that there is tacit approval of discriminatory selling practices. That is unacceptable.
Can't see feedback information? That's a legitimate reason to cancel a sale. No permanent shipping address? Another legitimate reason. Sure there is a counterfeiting problem with origins in China, but to refusing to sell to a Chinese buyer because just because they are Chinese is an act of prejudice. If the EBay member has a history of fraud or selling counterfeit coins, that is another matter that needs to be dealt with. But to refuse a sale based on negative preconcieved notions regarding an entire nationality is wrong.
Judging by the sentiments I see here I wonder how many forum members would refuse to sell me coins based on their asinine prejudgements?

So there are absolutely no legitimate collectors of U.S. coins living in China? I doubt it.
The statement quoted above is evidence of why certain demographics remain stagnant in the process of the advancement of intelligence.

Mike, you think otherwise??? How many red flags do you need??? I don't give a carp about whether some Chinese fella owns
a CC dollar or not. Heck, that country is loaded with CC dollars (mostly trades). It would be just plain stupid to complete a sale
like that. The OP is wise to cancel. And WTCG, if the buyer was from Germany would your response be the same??? I think that
you are making it a personal issue. It would be crazy to sell to anyone (oh, pickup with cash might be ok) with no history or
confirmed address. I said nothing negative about the country or the citizen. The OP is talking about this one individual trying to
buy more than one auction from him. Huge risk of your hard earned dollars in my opinion.

exactly, theres a few people in this thread that lack rational though process and common sense. just because Chinese people come from china, doesnt mean we are descriminating against them. It is a KNOWN FACT that china counterfeits most of the coins we see on the market.

Sorry, but i dont need to ask other people to know what kind of person you are, i can tell myself.
I have in the past sold items that shipped internationally. Some to China. Have not had a problem. Was sure to receive payment first, then ship. Everything worked out fine.
Thus far I've been scammed once and that was by some a-hole in Ohio (claimed unauthorized access to his account or something and paypal yanked the funds from my account and gave them back to the buyer). Oh well, live and learn.

1. Would I sell to the person? Yes. If I am concerned about an unconfirmed address, I may request other methods of payments if I am suspicious.
2. I am not certain the all countries have confirmed addresses. China may be one of these countries.
3. Bad grammar is no excuse to prevent a transaction.
The only thing that worries me is the private feedback, but other than that, there is nothing to be concerned about. I honestly do not care what happens to the coin once I get paid well and it ships out the door. If they want to return the coin, that's fine. If they have a problem with the transaction, I'll handle it.
Speaking of which, would you send the coin if the buyer were from Australia with a confirmed address?

As previously stated I could care less who lives where there are simple parameters I use in order to ship coins.
1. Confirmed address- without a confirmed address you have 0 seller protection and anyone can simply say they did not recieve the item and paypal will refund the $$
2. I must be able to see feedback when shipping outside the country, I have no way to track packages that leave the US so I have to rely on feedback as some sort of way to gauge the buyer.
3. I could care less about grammar although it generally helps when communicating.
4. I care what happens to the coin after I ship it especially when paypal is involved, anywhere outside the US you cant track the coins so there is no way to prove delivery.
