Bank finds today..

Decided to not play the Black Friday thing, went to the bank instead to DEPOSIT smoe money, and get cash back of a few hundred like always.
well I get my cash back but the teller gave me hundreds instead of a few 20's. So leave the drive up go inside to do a quick exchange and since I have not asked in a very long time, decided to ask for any half dollars they might have. Well they only had $3.50 in halves, and I took them without looking (since I asked for them) I just dump my pockets out to reveal- 1-71-d, 1-73-d, 1-74-p, 1 ea- 76 p&d, and.....

a 43D Walker(xf+/-) and a 69D in MS!!!!!

I always like cash back options....

Ahh, but I can remember a time in my youth, when Barber

coins were a weekly or monthly occurrence. Dem was da day's.

My dad even remembers getting the occasional slick Liberty Seated piece in change when he was a kid back in the 40s. He did wind up pulling nearly complete sets of all 3 Barber series out of circulation (all pretty slick, no key dates I'm sorry to report).
