  Based on the photo I would say MS64-65

  whats that on the surface Kenny?
  
  First reaction: Possibly MS64 depending upon the surface.

  I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

  A quick dip and acetone rinse won't remove whatever it is. The coin is starting to look like a proof, although there seems to be no wire rim.

  given the fact that a quick dip and acetone rinse does not affect the surface, I'm gonna change my grade to "Genuine".

  It looks like PVC on the Reverse and environmental damage to the obverse- odds are it would bag on ya, but if it were given a grade I would venture a guess of 64.
