I think it means they're not putting the date on the insert, and the description of the error probably didn't fit into the database either. Looks like you're gonna have to wait until the package gets back to know exactly how they attributed it.

You might have to show them the bag, receipt for the bag, the number of posts here related to bag and ask all those who responded to those topics to vouch..............ah forget it..........they'll never believe any of it. image

    I believe it's on a Philippine 5 Centimos Planchet,
    not a silver dime.

And although it looks obvious that the date is 1961,
I've found many times that PCGS will put N.D.
(No Date) if they feel somehow that it might not be
that specific date, or they don't think it's 'dated'
enough. It seems to be arbitrary sometimes.

Here's my 2cent guess. I was looking at a number of foreign coins the US mint made for this year a couple of weeks ago and thought this coin may be the one. But there also appears to be a letter or number in the lower picture that doesn't jive with the coin.

I have been admiring your posts of the 'excellent bag'

and have wondered if it was struck over another coin rather than off metal planchet

may aging eyes see what looks like a '43' in the field to the right of the hair braid

but have not discovered any other mercury dime areas

did you happen to get an exact weight before sending?
