  Two, or more eBay accounts registered with a single Paypal account.
  eBay allows for more than one handle/account but does not allow for multiple Paypal accounts.

  Were they BINs? Maybe he is playing multiple Ebay IDs in order to get around the Bing Cashback transaction number maximum...

  When i was buying more antiques on ebay for resale, in the early years when you could, I bought under a couple of names, I didn't want the competition always knowing what I was buying and how much I had paid for things.

  I have 3 ebay accounts and 2 paypal accounts. I had 3 paypal but they made me nuke one of them. I buy all the time thru one ebay account and always pay thru a different paypal account that is not tied to that ebay one. Half the time that i go to pay it pops up the wrong paypal account. I have my sniper account set up with my ebay account and usually use my wifes paypal account to pay for the toys. I even have some tied to the same bank account but not as the primary.
  
  I would cut down to one ebay/paypal but i am to lazy

  This surprises me as I thought only one Paypal account per name/person was allowed. Do you use the same name for both accounts?
