I doubt it, but I bet he's blushing from all the attention! Did he really think he'd just pop in here, write about some silly ol' SLQ and think no one would notice?!
J/K about that silly ol' coin - it's awesome!

Mark Feld is a Coin dealer with a discerning eye for selecting attractive eye-appealing original coins. He was also formerly a TPGS Grader who specializes in true collector coins, and offers great customer service.
Re: Slabbed coins - There are some coins that LIVE within clear plastic and wear their labels with pride... while there are others that HIDE behind scratched plastic and are simply dragged along by a label. Then there are those coins that simply hang out, naked and free

He was not banned if I remember correctly he just decided his and the hosts views differed on too many subjects for him to continue discussions on this site. I hope that a mutual respect of each others views by both parties lead to further discussions by both on here. I for one like to hear comments and advice from those that really have a solid background in the hobby. Now I hope Fletcher can find his own avatar.
Edited to say that I was misinformed of his status but it is now changed. And that Flether has changed his avatar.

That's quite funny. Just be careful not to set fire to cabinet.
<< <i>I like Mark, He is a good guy and it is a shame he no longer posts here. He is always welcome on the Seated Boards. I wonder if this thread goes poof? >>
When I was really new here someone hipped me to Mark and I have had nothing but pleasant dealings with him, I am waiting for a piece from his latest offering right now. One dealer described Mark as "honest to a fault," that description alone was good enough for me. I have used him to vette coins at auction, he of course charges a fee but only if he buys the piece for you, money well spent. He has steered me away from some pieces I probably would have bought on my own. Did someone here say Mark was God? Just kidding of course, probably some minor deity.
<< <i>Mark Feld is the guy with the fat head and scratched slabs. >>
OK, so maybe I occasionally sell coins in scratched slabs, but do you REALLY think I have a big head? It's no bigger today than it was when I was younger

Realone, you recently posted about a recent transaction with Mark, prompting me to send him an email (we hadn't been in touch for easily a year) wherein I alerted him to your post and the comments of others.
Lo and behold heeeee's back. Coincidence, perhaps. But I suspect your post was a factor.

Many forum members probably did not know that Mark Feld was known as "Deep Throat" of Watergate fame; and (aka Marc Bolan) used to be the lead singer for the rock group T-Rex... This guy really gets around...

go to his website,
read a coin description,
look at the picture,
call him to discuss the coin,
or just order one you might like,
receive the coin
then you will "know Mark"
