  Bad numismatic karma, Littleton. That is just plain wrong. At least it is dated 3 years after the real reverse proof ASE.

  I think the description makes it pretty clear this is a privately-made novelty item, not an official US Mint issue:

  Not the way I read it.
  They are taking a 2009 SAE (BU) and "artfully" enhancing both sides!

  People that make deceptive products, or alter products so they are deceptive, SHOULD get more than their wrists slapped; imho
  "Faking" a proof look on SAEs to sell to people in place of missing proofs is borderline fraud, imho, at best. Would be like removing a mint mark, or altering a date, on other coins when the mint didn't make one for that slot....

  I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
