Personally I like it. I don't think I've ever viewed a blue toned Peace dollar like that. If it was me I'd hold on to it to see if the rest of the coin progresses like that. It would definitely be an eye opener IMO.
I think it's a unique piece, and it doesn't turn me off. I'd keep it personally as a conversation coin if it was at the right price. Link to us here if you decide to sell.
Dump, looks like the toning has gone a little too far. If you dip I think it will ruin the coin as it might take too much dip to get rid of all the toning.
This kind of toning (or tarnishing) has etched itself into the silver and ruined the surface of the coin.
If dipped it would confirm this, and the toned area would be a dull steel gray color WITHOUT the luster that the rest of the coin exhibits.

I wouldn't say dump... but if you don't like it, sell it on the bay. Seems there are plenty here alone who would be happy with that toner in their collection. You'll be happy with the cash, they'll be happy with a nice Peace toner.

Definitely dump her via a giveaway. Oh, and count me in. Thanks for the chance!!
Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony. Will’sProoflikes

<< <i>why are you thinking about it? >>
Just trying to decide if I want to sell it on ebay or not. If only that toning missed her mouth!

My sentiments exactly! I would sell it.
That's what I was thinking, but it is a well struck Peace

Probably a 64. I should dip it, but I just can't make myself.

As for the OP question...dump her and move on.

Isn't it a little early to talk about this?
The placement of the toning does not bother me at all.
