They have no way of knowing that you are doing it unless you admit to it.
I don't recall PCGS saying they will ban anyone blocking them, I do recall them saying not to start any more threads about it, though.

That's not correct.. You cannot start a thread explaining how to block the ads.
There is no way for PCGS to tell who blocking ads..
Cookies on your hard drive will dictate what Google shows you...

I know PCGS cant see what Im blocking or not blocking, but its what was said.

I can understand the need for them as this site cost a lot to run, I wish they were not so aggressive and deceiving.
I belong to a Hot Pepper Forum and they use titles like "Pepper Porn" and the such to show photos of there plants and pods. I was there just before coming here so it pick-up on that and showed me real porn, that's the problem with these programs their B&W with no Gray Areas at all...
Another was on the forum directory and looked like part of the standard page and told me I had a PM in my in-box, when I clicked it I was off to some flashy site that would not let me go so I had to close the browser and start new...
I'm hoping CU will rethink the ads and go with a less aggressive ad format...

UPDATE: took a while but now all posts with the word "porn" in the topic don't get banner adds.
So (tongue in cheek) if you don't like banner adds just ad "porn" to each of your posts.

I was thinking the same thing since I don't usually notice them--but the ads are text only on my screen. I'm guessing the OP had to click on the banner to get the necked girls...
