You are one lucky fellow Eric! GDIT you're lucky!

Check the Kennedy as there are a couple of nice DDO's for the Accented Hair Coins!

Dont bother with the 1970-S SD coin though..........................just send it to me! image

Edited to remove the Pearl Harbor Reference!
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

Well, let me be the one to say it... YOU SUCK! image

    Nice cherrypickin'!

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

Folks, thats the design of the coin. Nothing more and nothing less. They are most visible on Proofs for obvious reasons but can also be clearly seen on well struck Business Strike coins as well.

I have no idea of the value of this 'rip'.

What would be the fair market value of both coins?

The Accented Hair could go anywhere from $20 to $100 depending upon grade and attribution. From the photo, it doesn't appear to be a CAM or DCAM so the grade will be limited.

The Lincoln, again, could go anywhere from $40 to $300 depending upon grade.

I wouldn't call this a rip as much as a fairly decent Cherry Pick and there are few things in this world that compare with the excitment of finding a popular variety coin yet not having to pay popular variety prices.

Yes, 'rip' is an incorrect term.

and thanks for the 'value' info.
