Don't really know. Never bought one myself. Paper weight? Resell at a higher price? Flea Market dealers bust them open and sell singles?
Seriously, I don't know.

Typically we buy them to search for high grade coins then return them to the bank. I know others that put together roll sets for them or individual sets.
Interested in exchanging some of the left-overs at the "Bank of Dave" so I can fill our various Whitman folders?..........
We need about 10 each P & D.............

1000 coin bags also make sense for some dealers (particularly those with shops)...as they can probably sell a good number of them for $0.50 to $1 each.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
