Now that postage rates have gone up, they are putting their geniuses who don't know the difference between FROM and TO in the sorting department
First they are going to return it, and hours later it arrived?
I'm so confused....and the coin inside is an expensive one!

<< <i>Last question....why would a NOTICE be left at a PO BOX?????? >>
To tell them to come to the front window to pick up the package that has to be signed for
GrandAm
and they leave notice because you package didn't fit PO box
<< <i>Now there is an update, says return to sender, but now says notice left! What kind of dummies are working there??
First they are going to return it, and hours later it arrived?

<< <i>I don't believe express can go to a post office box since is guaranteed to be delivered to a person within a short period of time. Could be wrong. >>
If it addressed to a PO Box it must be delivered to a PO Box. When a person comes to the PO Box then the person will pick up the package. The pacakge was guaranteed to be delivered to the PO Box by the deadline. My Post Office even knows me and if I get an Express Package addressed to my PO Box it will sit there until I come in. Once it gets to the PO Box Box they have fullfilled their committment.

<< <i>Duh!.....someone scanned it at Santa Clara and hit the wrong friggin button. It later made it's way to Newport Beach and no one from PCGS was there when it arrived, hence "Notice Left". >>
You hit the nail on the head. Somebody hit the wrong button. I'm sure your coin will be picked up today or on Monday by PCGS. (Sometimes the mail room works on Saturday)
