    Missing a layer of skin. A planchet flaw. It's similar to a lot of our manufacturing processes. Poor.

    Looks like grease or something was on the die in this area. Also, I just noticed that there is a ? after the word "VIRTUE" in the design. What a sad commentary on our time.image
