    Zep!

If you look closely at the other Conor Jackson currently on EBay, you can easily determine that the card in the picture is my card!! He might possibly have one and stole my picture but with feedback as low as his and due to the fact he stole my picture, I would stay clear of this one!

good luck with yours - mine goes live in a couple hours

The only other one I have seen ended at $280. Mine just hit over the $200 mark with a couple hours left. I wish we could be talking about a hall of fame autograph -- oh well -- maybe in 2009 Topps Heritage High Numbers?

Or maybe Topps is saving up for the 10th anniversary release in 2011??? image

Has it been mentioned yet the misprints on Jay Bruce #320 and Brad Ziegler #325.

Part of the Topp's All-Star Rookie set.

The cards should say. "Selected by the Youth of America"

Their cards say" Selected by the Youth Outfield America"

I thought it was maybe an salute to a misprint on the 1960's set but I couldn't find it in that set.

We know that it's not one of the Super short print variations so just an error?

I have never seen so many guys volunteer to go to Wal-Mart and Target for "the needs of the family" like this group. I have purchased everyone of those darn blasters at my two closest Targets. "Sure babe, I'll go to the store for you"! Well, now I am starting on the 51 Topps Murad Basketball. Once that goes, I guess I move to the Allen & Ginter boxes and last years Topps Heritage high number boxes; two of those left. I'm really been on a terror this year, a set builder gone wild!

Start ripping Geordie! I had to go to Walmart for some bubble mailers so I can get a couple of trades out, of course I went by the card aisle and there were 7 Heritage Blasters looking up at me with those sad eyes....I couldn't bring just one home for fear of the others might feel left out, so 7 blaster rip report coming soon.

They sure are sad sitting there aren't they? It's because they don't belong there. They need a good home.

It's very nice of you to give them one

Geordie you need to start ripping soon, I really don't want to start my next "Fun With Heritage Trash" project, which will either be a box/wrapper sail boat or a gum pyramid.

Ok, I have a question. Since this is my first year following the Heritage thread full time, I was wondering if anyone has ever pulled a Star buyback?

I was wondering the same thing. The highest dollar value buyback was a Mays sporting news, I believe it sold around $80.

A small error (possibly) I noticed on the back of Pedroia's All-Star card. He, of course, is on the Red Sox. The cartoon on the back shows Pedroia turning a double play with his hat saying "SOX" on it. Now, this is sort of a sore spot with White Sox fans, but Boston has never had the word "Sox" on their hat in any form....it has always been a "B". The Chicago White Sox throughout history have had "SOX" on their cap in either block letter or in Old English script. A small point, but it seems like Pedroia is wearing a White Sox hat rather than a Red Sox hat.
