eBay changed this policy about a year ago so that each feedback counts even if it's multiples from the same buyer/seller.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
He even went so far as to say he'd leave Neg. FB to those who actually sent him the penny.
Ebay actually did stomp on him after several people reported him.

I think the purchases have to be so far apart for them to count on multiples from same seller.
