So this may be a acid dipped dug out of the ground coin. Or something else.
Has album slide marks which are common with these...
In some of the photos it almost looks cast...

Here is your diagnostic point. Notice the little lump of metal under the "V" in unum? Is that supposed to be there?

between the L and the I, between the R and the T are a couple

as previously mentioned, angle shot shows whizzed but can do that with copies as well
The "pebbly" texture on the reverse is common on 16 and 17 T1 SLQs. In addition, the luster can sometimes be lifeless and flat on these coins. It does, however look cleaned or altered in some manner.
It looks good in my 7070. But, I wish I had gotten my money back when it was still possible.

Just look at Libertys toes on her left foot.
That's a magnificent strike if it's not a fake.
Also, the shield is full.

I collect all 20th century series except gold including those series that ended there.
Do not compare the 17 T1 to other dates in the series.
