Recently acquired...
Sometimes these bust quarters look the same to me from Good to Fine. Can't really differentiate between them.
I'm thinking VG10 for this one.

That's a beautiful 1824. I would call it a solid VG, although I will note that I see what could be tooling in both the left and right obverse fields. I see some pock marks in an area of lighter toning, as if someone tried to foolishly smooth the marks. My favorite date, nonetheless, and any 1824 is a coin to consider owning if the price is right.

Oh by the way...fantastic coin, great buy.
Most likely there were only 16,000 Bust Quarters struck dated 1824 (all delivered by the coiner on December 31st, 1823, warrant #935), causing the scarcity of this date.
Got to love them 1824's, enjoy the coin!
